Illinois Classis is eagerly searching for a person who will help lead us forward in the pursuit of our mission and vision:
Mission and Vision
The Classis of Illinois will engage in building and inspiring pastors and leaders as they help churches advance the kingdom of God. Our goal is to have mission-focused, healthy, growing and multiplying congregations lead by healthy pastors.
This person will work collaboratively with existing teams and leaders within the classis. This person will also serve as a representative of Illinois Classis on the Regional Synod of Mid- America Team. The position is part-time, 16-20 hours per week. The Classis Leader will have to live within or very near the bounds of the classis so as to accommodate travel to our churches.
